what else can I say besides the greatest f***ing band ever. I thought Congratulations and Oracular Spectacular was great on my tiny laptop speakers until recently I tried the Cd's on my Bose stereo in my corvette which hasn't worked in years , I put the MGMT CD in and it's working again. I cant believe the sound I have been missing. It is awesome how MGMT captures spirituality and its like every song is great...how many bands have an album that every song is great.Usually its a couple and the rest ride. BTW the new CD Future Games song is strange but just like the rest it grows on you and then u love it. Bring on Future Games! Peace.. Oh yeah I just wanted to add you guys at the David Letterman Theater place was the coolest show on the internet last year. Please visit NY anytime.

I loooove this album so much. I still think Oracular Specatcular is better though. My favorite song is Siberian Breaks, it's very relaxing &i can't fall asleep without listening to it. I love MGMT, always have always will!! I hope a new album comes out soon, &they better come to Maryland.

I can't say one negative thing about this record, from start to finish it is Phenomenal. Every single song has it's own unique sound. I just can't get enough of it, when i listen to it, it's kind of like I'm in my own world, if that makes sense. Never stop making music guys. <3

Absolutely meteoric, you five.

I heard "Kids" about a month ago and my curiosity was piqued, and from there I traversed the Big Three and decided to buy your albums when I heard "Destrokk" off the Time to Pretend album. I loved the essence of it and I hungered for more.

When I got Time to Pretend and Oracular Spectacular, I must say I was disheartened quite a bit. Time to Pretend had some really fun songs, ("Boogie Down" being something I wish you played more live as I imagine the translation onstage is hilarious) but overall I felt there was an unfortunate tendency in some of your music to stray into a slightly quirky expression of the pop I could hear anywhere else. I was still intrigued, but I was ready for finding out it wasn't gonna work for us.

I now own Congratulations. Wow. I sincerely apologize for ever doubting you. It is one of the most spellbinding and replayable albums I have heard in a very long time. The vocals have a very smooth and honest 60s' feel to them, and the instrumentation and the way some of the songs come together, break apart, and reunite in stunning collisions and fusions is both breathtaking and infinitely refreshing. Flash Delirium is also terribly good, live. The way you use that voice is spooky and delightful, Andrew, that's all I can say.

And thank you for Siberian Breaks. It more than anything right now convinces me we can still turn this car around from plummeting into the overproduced musical abyss. You are all true artists and I couldn't appreciate that more.

I spent my entire summer listening to this CD. Mgmt once again did not disappoint. reminded me of why i fell for them. So creative. Also i loved the SNL performance.
